Flat-bottomed Silos
Description Designed specifically for long-term, high-tonnage grain storage; available in diameters ranging from 4.58 m to 41.25 m and offering a safe storage capacity of up to 38,736 m³. Grade 10.9 Bolts Grade 10.9 bolts are used in all joints; ensuring the highest level of leak-tightness thanks to resistance to a minimum of 600 hours of salt spray testing and high-density conical PE gaskets. Weather Resistance Heat- and cold-resistant strip insulation is used in wall panel joints; ensuring leak-tightness in all climates. 600 g/m² Galvanisation A total of 600 g/m² of galvanised coating on both surfaces is standard on Mysilo; this provides a significantly longer service life compared to competitors using 275–350 g/m². Selection Based on Conditions The thickness of the galvanised coating should be selected according to the frequency of filling and emptying, as well as environmental factors such as humidity, wind and sandstorms. As friction increases, the service life of the galvanised coating is reduced.
